Obesity Link to Erectile Dysfunction
The belief that obesity and erectile dysfunction are linked has been circulating for years. Now, however, we have the research to prove it. A study published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine found that men who are obese and suffer from erectile dysfunction have decreased levels of hormones such as testosterone. The study was conducted on 2,435 men who sought treatment for erectile dysfunction between 2001 and 2007. Two out of three men with severe obesity clocked in with low testosterone levels. Dr Irwin Goldstein, the editor-in-chief of the journal, says the study demonstrates a link between general health and sexual health.

Working Late? Park in a Safe Zone!
Parking your car requires some thought if you want to get home safely at the end of the day. Here are a few tips to ensure parking safety:
! Always park in a well-lit area, preferably in a busy location.
! Avoid listening to music or talking on the phone when walking to your car. These are distractions and may invite snatch thieves.
! If you need to work late, move your car to a safer and more accessible spot during the day.
! Be aware of your surroundings, if you see someone lurking around your car, don’t get in. Wait for the person to leave or until there are other people around whom you can call for help should the need arise.
